  2. Alternating chest press

  3. Instable chest press 

  4. Double Chest flys

  5. Single arm chest flys

  6. Valley press 

  7. Push ups on kettlebells 

  8. Dynamic push-ups on bells 

Reps 10-15 

Sets - beginner x 2-3

         - advanced x4-6
