This is as hard as home workouts can get! So be very careful of your kettlebell selection & remember to warm up. Anytime a kettlebell goes above your head! make sure you ar in control of it!
Renegade rows are an advanced exercise! If you do not feel comfortable, lean one hand on the ground to stabilise yourself.
