 The Challenge

To the song ‘Flower’ by Moby with two 53lb kettlebells on back squat.
1) Squat on ‘Bring sally down’
2) Stand on ‘Bring sally up’.
and that’s it!!

It seems easy, and the song is less than 4 minutes long! but when your holding at the bottom of the squat, your legs get tired and it gets harder each time to get back up!! The song seems never ending.

The challenge can be as hard as you make it!! The heavier the weight, the harder the challenge is gonna be.

and don’t say i didn’t warn you! My legs were on FIRE!!
