Cancellation Policy
𝐀 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 administration fee of £25 is required to confirm booking.
𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 will apply 𝐢𝐟 𝐧𝐨𝐭 cancelled within 𝟐𝟒 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬, if the SIC is not notified within that time, you will be charged full price for your appointment.
If you need to reschedule your existing appointment, at least 𝟏𝟐 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 notice is required before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged full price for the appointment.
